Low Ferritin

Hello! I have been having extreme muscle fatigue and extreme tiredness/ exhaustion along with palpations dizziness and some headaches. I have been to numerous doctors and no one can find anything besides my ferritin is at a level 27 (my doctor wants it to be closer to 70) could low ferritin be causing all of these awful awful symptoms? Anyone else struggling with low ferritin?

I have been taking 65mg of OTC iron 2x daily as prescribed for two weeks now but no change yet
