cracked bleeding painful nipple

my son is 4 months old and my right nipple occasionally becomes cracked and bleeds. and omg this time is so painful. i don’t think it’s tongue tie because it is only the one side. it usually heals up on its own within a day or so. it’s happened a couple times before. once i was able to pump and do bottle for a day and it was fine. this time i did that and i felt engorged all day because i don’t think my pump gets out enough milk. and it didn’t really heal. i am letting it air dry with some of my milk and putting lanolin on it after every feeding. any other tips?
