When can I take another Diflucan?

I took Diflucan yesterday for yeast infection. Doctor prescribe me three Diflucan. When can I take another one? 
Do you take Diflucan every other day? Is that how that works? It's been awhile since I had yeast infection I forgot the steps

If it is prescription then there should be directions on the Rx tag. If there isn’t or you don’t have it any more then call your dr office and let them know you need help with understanding how to take your Rx. Feel better soon!

Honestly I've never been prescribed more than one. You should get relief of symptoms in 24 hours after taking one. Id double check with your doc when they want you to be taking them.
