IUD and Gas Pain?

Hi! so I got Skyla about 3 months ago and about a month ago I started getting really bloated and gassy and having sharp pains in my pelvic area. The gas pains hurt really bad, and I've noticed they are worse around my period. I thought at first it was an IUD symptom but I can't find anything online that says that this is common so now I'm concerned that I have some other health problem. Has anybody else experienced these symptoms with skyla? Thanks!!!
