She says mama and knows that it’s me. Also says hot about our coffee but sounds more like “hah”. Can bark, moo, elephant sound, bah bah for sheep. Pretty good at grampa 
Still can’t say dada 😂

A few. Mama, Dada, Bubba, and No. "No" is his favorite, which he likes to yell at me over and over when I try to make his lazy butt practice standing 😏

My son says “mama” but it’s not always directly at me . Sometimes it is and other times he point to a trash can and says “mama”🤷🏻‍♀️ He also says “up” and “dada”. That’s it.

Mine shouts Dada when she hears the garage door open when Dad is home from work. She knows “deedee” which is our dog and says it when Sadie barks or comes in the room. She says off when she helps turn off the light or sound machine but it sounds like “aw” lol. I know it’s not words but she also knows a few animal sounds when we ask her. So far she knows the sounds of a cat, dog, snake, cow and monkey.

He says mama and baba but I don't count it since he just babbles it randomly and doesn't associate mama to me. So, I'm going to say not yet!

My baby can say clearly “DADDY” since she was 8mo. And now she can say hello, no & some other words in our language but still not say MOMMY. She did say mommy, twice but once she got my attention she says DADDY. When I ask her to say mommy she will say daddy. I guess daddy is her favourite person 🙄🙄🙄🙄
And she can understand some simple commands now.

Approximations count as words. Whatever sounds they make to refer to one specific item/person counts as a word. 
Thats what my oldests speech therapist told us. 
And my baby is saying some now. He is so vocal he will try to repeat anything we say.

Yes a few. Mama was his first but now he says Brod (our one dogs name is Brody), pop-pop, that, Nana, and he is trying to say juice but it comes out deuce 🤷‍♀️
