Single lady trying to conceive hoping third time lucky after second <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> at private clinic failed. I have found my own donor due to lack of them at the banks or clinics and really after any hints / tips / advice please from couples who have been successful at home insemination using donor sperm.

I have bought a kit from Miracle fertility - small tubs, ovulation tests, syringes etc

How many times in a month do you recommend trying AI? How long did you let the Sperm stay outside the body? I have been told from a friend it can die within 3 minutes however my instructions form Miracle fertility say to keep it in a dark and warm state for 10-15 mins to let it liquify first?

I also have bought a menstrual cup as told similar as soft cups for keeping the Sperm close to the cervix for as long as possible.
