Just not hungry??

Question

Is just not being hungry a common pregnancy symptom? I just don’t want anything at all! I’m not nauseous or anything, just nothing sounds appealing. Anyone else? 4+5 btw. 🤗

I’m 5w1d and have barely any appetite at all. Been drinking a lot of water, but every time I try to eat a meal I can only get about 1/3 through before I can’t eat anymore. There was one day that every bite of food - regardless what it was - made me feel nauseous. I’ve also noticed that my sense of smell is becoming more sensitive… been potty training my 2.5 year old and every time he poops (in the potty or not) I gag for 10 minutes 🤢
I agree with everyone else commenting here to just eat a small amount at a time, and listen to your body. Also make sure to tell your doctor, who may prescribe supplements to ensure you’re getting all the nutrients that the baby needs.

Focus on small meals instead of large ones. Drink water and try to go for walks or move your body if you can. 
Food aversion is normal

Im 12 weeks and 2 days and I’ve been like this since I found out. Thought after the morning sickness went away I would be interested in eating, but nope.
