After birth, have you tried LAM before as birth control?

I am curious 💭 about the efficacy of LAM—> (The Lactation Amenorrhea Method is a natural, short term birth control method in which a woman relies on exclusive breastfeeding 🤱🏻 after birth to prevent pregnancy).

LMP for me was 4/20/20 — found out I was pregnant 5/28/20, had my son on 01/26/21 and have been EBF 🍈 🍈 him. Haven’t had a period yet and we’ve had unprotected sex once without any withdrawal.

Just curious if I’m playing w/fire 🔥 here by trusting this LAM 🐑 lol.

I read it has a better percentage than male condoms and the pill 💊 🤔

Here’s some data—> “The Lactational Amenorrhea Method, known as LAM, is part of the World Health Organization's list of accepted and effective methods of family planning. Studies show LAM to be 98% effective, as effective as the pill and other modern methods, when used according to guidelines.”

I meet 👀 all the guidelines.
