First time tampon user
So I hate to admit this I'm nearly 31 and never used a tampon.
So I tried to use the non applicator tampons and couldn't get on with them.
I'm on holiday and mother nature has come, we have a hottub so I obviously want to make the most of it and get in. So I've bought some applicator tampons. I'm a bit anxious about using them. Any tips??
