Nursing on Humira

Thoughts on nursing while on Humira? Doc says it’s fine, but to know that baby will be immune compromised like me when born and until I’m done nursing. I nursed for 12 weeks (and was not on immunosuppressants) with my first and had supply issues, but wanted to try again this time.

Now being told it will be immunocompromised as long as I nurse I’m thinking I should only nurse fir the first month?

They say breast is best, it’s saves a lot of money, and I really wanted to try again, but given this information I don’t think it’s the best option for baby.

Thoughts? Anyone have experience with this?
