Legendairy Liquid gold supplements

So I started taking legendairy’s liquid gold supplements to hopefully increase my milk supply. I heard a girl at my doctor saying that it helped grow her hair also. Just out of curiosity have any of you had this experience with them? Or if you’ve taken them how was your experience with them?
