Intense pain

So in my lower back and abdominal are im getting very intense pain. Very uncomfortable, no position is easing the pain. Feels like I'm about to start my period, theres so much pressure. No tightening though!

These are not Braxton hicks as I have been getting them spontaneously. This is feeling a bit more intense. But don't think this is labor either 😩

I haven't got trapped wind as im passing fine, not got a dodgy stomach been passing stools fine.

What could It be? I'm 33 weeks and 2 days.
