I’m 32 weeks pregnant with second baby, recently I have been struggling with very swollen ankles and hands, I didn’t have this with my first pregnancy and I’m not sure if it’s something to worry about…

My hands are swollen to the point where wearing my engagement ring is really uncomfortable, and my feet are normally a size 4 and struggling to fit into them so I’ve been wearing sandals and even those are getting a bit tight for me now..

I’ve got a midwife appointment on the 19th is it something I should mention to her?

Any help would be amazing.
