Are vvvfl always positive?

These pictures were taken just a minute or two after the test.

I’m not sure how many DPO. Had a miscarriage in May that resulted in D&C on May 14. Had extremely fertile CM on June 6. On June 7, had a follow up appt with doctor to make sure D&C healed properly. He had me do a pregnancy test that day to ensure I was negative, and I was. Today, June 14, I take this test. Thoughts??
