Ttc and weed

So me and my so have only just started ttc. But because I have a disability I don't cum very often.

so Yesterday I thought I'd try some weed to relax my muscles plus it was ovulation day. And omg best sex ever. I guess my question is can weed effect fertility like make you less fertile I've also been put on asprin because of previous miscarriages and Dr told me asprin will help but didn't explain how. Also Should I stop smoking weed or does it help to get pregnant
