Diy tattoos

When i was young and very dumb i gave myself a very unsafe tattoo with a razor and ink pen. It hasn't ever been an issue but every now and then i panic about how unsafe it was (i have anxiety pretty bad)

Can someone just reassure me that it'll probably be fine if it's been years already?

Or, what should I watch for if it were to become an issue somehow?

I haven't seen a doctor in years but next time i do maybe i should ask them about it?

It's also like right inside my hipbone/ below my bikini line so it seems like a risky spot, but its where i was able to hide it
