Stopping breastfeeding

Please no judgment or negativity. Every option has been considered in this situation. My pediatrician and I have decided that it is best to transition to formula for my babe. He was in the NICU and was supplemented while he was there. He also has a tongue tie preventing him from latching well. He has not gained a single ounce and I feel like I’m starving my poor boy. I also will be returning to work as a nurse and pumping is not a good option. All I care about is him being happy, healthy, and full. Those who have transitioned... please share your experiences/tips. FTM and this is all so new to me.
