6w3d and no morning sickness.

Hello all! I'm a first time mommy to be and seeing as how my husband and I haven't told anyone yet, I have a lot of questions! My main concern is that, I don't feel pregnant! I have an occasional cramp, I pee a lot, and my breasts hurt, but I've not had morning sickness, or constipation, or anything else that should be happening around this time. I have my first sono on Thursday to hear the heartbeat, but until then I was wondering if any of you could put my mind at ease. I did have a sono really early on, and could see the gestational sac, and I've had blood tests already, so I KNOW I'm pregnant, I just don't FEEL it. Any help?
