Had it last June. Kicked my ass for weeks, almost put me in the hospital and had 6-7 months residual symptoms. It was a bitch and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It was just awful start to finish.

Yes, suddenly lost taste and smell. Lasted 4 days then came back. 6 months out from testing + and taste still comes and goes sometimes like strength of taste
