Diagnose me!!! Be my doctor!
This is a long stretch, but maybe, just maybe by putting this out into the world of social media I will find someone with the same symptoms as me so I can figure out what is wrong with me!!!!
Now before you tell me to go see an MD, I have, 7 to be exact. I will be sure to list off everything I have tried at the end of this.
I am a 28year old female with chronic headaches. Started at age 16, and has progressively gotten worse. I currently get daily headache and 1-2 migraines a week. My energy level is LOW! I will wake up with a headache if I sleep less than 8hrs. 9hrs is my sweet spot. But it still takes hours for me to wake up, and then the rest of the day I am tired with brain fog. If you were to tell me what part of the day I had the most energy, I would say from 10am-12pm, then it’s downhill from there.
My headaches almost always start at noon and get worse as the day progresses (but recently I am also waking up with them).
