Negative thoughts
Its wednesday and I'm trying so hard to wait until Friday to test. I'm just curious, how do you ladies stay positive, I mean after months of let downs??? I think I start out so hopeful and optimistic then near the end of my cycle I start to feel down, whether I've taken a test or not. I feel like I have to trick my brain into being positive again, because I feel like my negative thoughts could have a bad impact on ttc.
