Should I test?

I thought I maybe started my period yesterday. After a day of brown spotting, very light, yesterday it got a little heavier. I wore a tampon but after the 4 hours and taking it out it wasn’t completely full, so I didn’t put another in. Had a super light flow the rest of the day. This morning so far I haven’t seen really anything. I’m 14DPO. My temps aren’t as high as earlier in my luteal phase but they haven’t dropped below coverline (except once on 12DPO when I had the brown spotting). Ovulation has been confirmed through bbt so I know this is about the time I should be starting AF, I’m not seeing the temp drops though.

I would test, but that’s just me. There’s nothing wrong with waiting if you want to, but you could test if you want :)

I tested earlier and it was negative, but I only held for an hour and had some coffee to drink during that time. I’ve been going pee a lot more than typical today but I keep thinking this is all in my head. The bleeding hasn’t fully stopped but it’s still only when I wipe and it’s very small amount. I may test again in the morning. I don’t know why my brain won’t just let me accept that this may be my period, but I’m not having any cramping with this like I usually do with my periods. I feel like I’m going crazy! All I can do is just wait it out and see what my body does!
