In an hour and a half I have my first new patient appointment in 7 years. For the last 7 years I've had the same Dr, but since I moved to a whole different state I obviously had to get a new one. It's just an appointment for birth control with a primary care doctor, but still. New people make me nervous.
Any encouraging words or tips?
