Teething....help!!

My 4.5 month old officially has his first tooth coming through. My usually chill and calm baby is struggling. The lat 2 days have been long. If i am not holding him with a toy in his mouth it is screaming. If he drops the toy for even a second he loses it. We tried Tylenol last night but don’t want to do that all the time. We have done a few refrigerated tethers but he isn’t a huge fan. Only for a minute maybe. Any other ideas that helped?!

Also. Do you change their clothes more often? I feel like he is drooling so much that he is constantly is soaking wet clothes.
