Nipple piercings

Hey guys I just got my nipples done today and I wanted to know what’s the right way to clean them? The piercer said to use witch hazel to clean them but I feel like that’s not enough? I see a lot of people using dial soap or salt water. I just don’t want to do the wrong thing and have them get infected.

Another thing when i clean the crustys do I move to bar side to side to make sure it’s all off or only the visible parts?
