Symptoms coming and going 5w 2d?

Good morning ladies, this morning I noticed my tender boobs stopped being so tender. Every day I checked through the day to make sure they were sore. Hub and I miscarried three years ago and I remember my symptoms going away being my first sign. Shortly after I started bleeding... this is my fourth pregnancy. I have two little ones but I feel like I’m so worried about a loss everything freaks me out lol. Nips still hurt and I still feel nauseas. But the tenderness going away is concerning to me still.. has anyone else had this?
