4 month old nap schedule
For those who have nap schedules, what do they look like? Mine has recently started taking 3 long naps instead of 4 shorter naps a day. His nighttime sleep has been pretty terrible recently with what I'm assuming is a 4 month sleep regression, but hoping he's not sleeping too much during the day.
7-7:30am wake
8:30-10am nap
11:30-1:30pm nap
3-4:45pm nap
7pm bed
