Need help understanding my grey-ace girlfriend

Hi so I have been in a relationship with my girlfriend since March and we meet in early January. My girlfriend is lesbian. I am demi-sexual and lesbian, but I have reached that point where I am emotionally connected to develop a physical attraction for her. She has brought up to me that she is not ready because she has never really felt an attraction like that for anyone and is somewhere between ace and grey-ace. I love her and support her, but I would love some advice on how I can make her feel safe and comfortable, but also where we can both feel connected intimately. I have spoken to her about it already I would just appreciate some ideas so I don't make her feel like she is being rushed simply because I am ready to move forward.
