Help ladies!

Ok here is my whole story. My husband and I got married in December. I got pregnant in January. I had my beautiful son in October. I am 9 weeks postpartum so I have not yet had a period. I felt off so I took a test. I have the original and a tweaked one. Our one year anniversary is a week from today. It would be crazy to be able to tell my husband I'm pregnant again on our anniversary!!
