Is this okay? My coworker is 25 years older than me I’m 24 and he’s 49.

It’s not wrong.... but Also make sure it’s real. 
So what I mean is some guys of that age want a plaything instead of a person. For example, my father is ~30 years older that his wife and they began their thing when she was 23/24. He pretty much wanted her to be a ‘good woman’ for him because that’s what he wanted. This is not an isolated instance, a lot of older guys would be stoked to have a younger ‘trophy wife.’ So consider what you’re getting into and why you like him and why he might like you back.

Yes, why would you think it isnt? That doesn't automatically translate to compatibility though - you are each at different life stages, so there may be huge gaps in what you each deem important, essential and a way forward.

Does he want kids at his age? He will be an older dad.
Could u handle his medical care?
