Week 19 movement?

I am currently 19 weeks + 3 days. I had a lot of weird twitches and stuff in my belly the last 2 days, and today it’s all burping, gas passing, grumbling noises. When can I expect real movement like kicks?!😭 kind of worried.

28Weeks plus . You should feel your baby's first movements, called "quickening," between weeks 16 and 25 of your pregnancy. If this is your first pregnancy, you may not feel your baby move until closer to 25 weeks. By the second pregnancy, some women start to feel movements as early as 13 weeks. It’s very normal .
