Ovulation test question

Okay so I have a really dumb question okay so I had egg white mucus on the 14th and it said I was ovulating that day and then I took a test a on the 16th for ovulation and it was positive like I hit my peek and then today on the 18th I tested to see what it would look like to days after getting a peek and it’s showing a faint line what does that mean exactly

I have some symptoms that seem off I have sore boobs I’m emotional to little things and have cravings to things you would normal not eat together plus have little cramps and frequent urinating and when I’m tired i can’t seem to fall asleep
