I am very irregular so i do not know my cycle. This has never happened to me. 3 days ago before bed i noticed i had this dull sharp cramp. I fell asleep. Couple hours later i wake up its still there. Next day cramping is gone. But that night i had super light pink spotting and stoppes. The next 2 following nights i had spotting but was only the 1 time. I go to bathroom just now im spotting buts its heavier only when i wipe. My boobs are a little bit sore. What could this be.
