African photoshoot to celebrate my birthday and my son's. 30 and 2

Update:
Thanks guys for the generous compliments and birthday wishes.
Here is some information to those who might find this interesting. My mother originally comes from uganda so we finally managed to fly over to introduce my son to the whole family (not that covid played along but at least we got to get some african experience)
The brown outfits are made of back cloth which is a back of a Ficus natalensis tree. We added some shells. My son and i both locked our hair. Background has banana plantation also called Cooked matooke (not the fruits, they look like the yellow bananas but are green and need to be cooked). Uganda has over 50 varieties of bananas so yeah...
The red outfit with bamboo in the background is called kikoyi and it too is a ugandan traditional attire. Obviously, we tailored modern outfits using traditional material. The photographer pulled it off and was able to find a setting that was as african as can be which aint easy these days. Was excited about this shoot because we will at least have sth to remind us of our visit. I took more photos with other african artifacts (baskets, pots, etc) but these are all my photographer managed to send me for my bd which is pretty good because the shoot was yesterday but one.

Forgive my excitement but this was the first time am wearing back cloth. Lol and my son just looked so stunning. Will post a single of his once the photographer sends his photos on his birthday this week.
We are now packing our bags back to Germany, which is just in time as uganda is now in a complete lockdown that started today.
