Tips for using baby Doppler ?

Hi ladies ! I’m 11 weeks 3 days today . 
I invested in a baby doppler , the cofoe brand . 
I’m having issues finding the heart beat. 
I’m also a plus sized girl 
I’ve been trying to find it between my Pubic bone and belly button but no luck , I was able to find my own heartbeat rather easily . 
Is there any tips for finding it ? I’m not worried or anything cause I do know it can be tricky , and isn’t something  to be worried about  if not found immediately… especially since I’m not a doctor lol

You're really early. Try again around 15 weeks.

Most people can't find them until at least 12 weeks. Im plus size too and I found her at 12 weeks. Sometimes doctors can't even find them that early. Also you need to be directly on your waistline area near your pelvic area because your uterus it still low like that. Make sure you're taking your time, moving really slow and using a lot of ultrasound gel. Good luck.

I know it sounds totally crazy but for some reason I always struggle to find the heartbeat with the Doppler myself but my husband can literally always get it in two seconds.

I found the hb at 9w but it was right below my bellybutton.

I couldn’t find my baby heat beat w a home Doppler till I was 13-14 weeks and it was still hard to find it then... so it could just be a lil to early I’m now 20 weeks
