Allergies or getting sick???

My girl is nearly two and somehow we have dodged her being sick, except the stomach bug back in December.

She's never had a cold, stuffy nose, or cough. Last night she was up ALL NIGHT crying. Literally all night 😖

This morning she has had yellow and green runny boogers. And has coughed a few times. She acts okay and doesn't "sound" sick.

Does it sound like she's starting to get her first cold? If so, how do I help her when she starts feeling yucky?

Sorry, this is my first babe, and don't know what to look out for or how to deal with it to help her 😭
