Why does my uterus feel heavy?

I'm 9w2 and my uterus feels heavy or like it's a balloon being filled up like pressure I guess. If that normal? Baby heartbeat was 160 today found it on doppler above my pelvic bone 😳 like what? How? I also been having the absolute hardest time sleeping and I'm so exhausted 😴😪

Bloating. In the first trimester your digestive tract slows down with causes bloating and extra gas, these things combined with the growing placenta and fetus will give that heavy feeling, things ease up between 12 and 18ish weeks then things feel heavy again but more from the actual baby growing and pushing on  things.
