Help please

My husband and I have been having unprotected sex since we got married back in February I have only missed my period this month but have had family members saying I’m showing signs of pregnancy since April. I have taken several test all of which were negative but several women in my family didn’t get a positive until they were 3 or 4 months pregnant and that was with a blood test. Plus I have PCOS so haven’t thought it would be easy to get pregnant. Should I get a blood test or just leave it alone?
