I was fine on 2.5mg, but my doctor bumped me up to 5.0mg this week and now I'm having anxiety that I never had before. I'm feeling anxious but it's not my mind. It's like my body is anxious (obviously due to hormones). I see my doctor next week and I will be bringing it up to her then, but was curious how others experience went? Did you develop anxiety

Also what did you do to keep the anxiety at bay?
