I'm lost, confused, and ready to give up

According to Glow my AF was due December 3 it lasts 5 days well the 3 and 4 went by no sign of AF I tested the first day it was negative December 5 (yesterday) no sign of At until I got like this weird cramp like feeling I waited till I had to urine to check it out well I went to the restroom and when I wiped on the tissue was like discharge but it was light pink a little longer went back to the restroom I wiped and it happened again I got scared put on a pantie liner and only got a few bright red spots now today December 6 a few bright spots on the pantie liner when I urine blood flows in the toilet and when I wipe it's bright red spots on the tissue and I'm having cramps... Somebody anybody help!
