What to do about this situation

Hey guys. Big sister back for my advice. Most of you know I have custody of my 14 year old brother. We are going to my fathers house for father's day and spending a few days with family. He said I can bring my brother(different dads). My brother still peed the bed because of trauma caused by my mom. He wears goodnites to bed because he has sensitive skin and urine irritates me. He started leaking through so I started having wear baby pants(plastic pants). That keeps him from leaking. Hes gonna be sharing a room with 4 other boys and the baby pants crinkle a lot so they may here. U thought about waking him up to pee in the middle if the night but I may accidentally wake those boys up and he will be embarrassed. Just wanted to know what sounds like a better and least embarrassing option.
