Cell phones and male infertility?

After reading the chapter on doubling sperm count in "the four hour body" by Timothy Farris it made me wonder. His theory was that having his cell phone right next to his testicles (pocket), was contributing to low sperm count. After 11 weeks of carrying his phone on his arm or in a backpack, everything doubled. So id just like to know what you guys think?
