Hi! I'm starting to try for a baby and was wondering if anyone had any tips or anything i should be doing? Any information helps thank you.
P.s. I'm taking the spring valley adult gummy prenatal multivitamins. Not sure if those are good or not. Also wondering if there's something my boyfriend can take to help as well?
