Bleeding 9 weeks pregnant

Has anyone bled in early pregnancy and everything been ok? I went for a wee around half an hour ago and when I wiped there was some steaks of pink/red blood in some clear discharge (I wish I’d have take a picture but I was in too much of a panic!) I’ve been wiping since and either very small streaks of pink blood are coming out (see photos) or nothing at all. I’m so scared and worried. I did have sex earlier and due to having cervical erosion it is sometimes normal for me to spot/bleed a little but now I’m pregnant and the bleeding wasn’t straight after sex I am concerned. I’ve also got the slightest pains to the left of my lower belly, but I don’t know if this is all in my head as I’m worried? I never bled with my first (this is my second pregnancy) which makes me even more nervous. I’ve put a pad on to see if any more comes out but what should I do? I’m going to message my midwife but in my last pregnancy she rarley replied to any messages. Do I ring triage at the maternity unit? I just don’t want to seem like I’m being over the top as I’m still only very early in my pregnancy? I’ve spoken to my mum who’s had children and my go to, and she said to just chill out tonight and see how it goes as she bled in her pregnancies and all was okay but my partner/few friends who do know I’m pregnant are telling me to get checked out. Help?! What should I do?!
