Breast change after breastfeeding

I’m a FTM. I’ve been nursing my son for 20 months now and my breast are definitely NOT the same to say the least. They sag so bad and I’m not a big chested person. Like my nips point down kind of sag. I’m so insecure about it, I can’t allow my husband to see me with my shirt off. I’ve heard they shrink when weaning but, I don’t think that will help. Any advice or stories on how you overcame the insecurities ? Or are you insecure ? I’m really needing to hear similar stories I just feel so alone and can’t talk to this with just anyone
