Potty training

So my little one is now almost 15 months old. We started semi potty training a month ago but because of work I couldn't go through with it properly. Now I have 2 months of summer vacation (I'm a teacher) and would like to use this time to properly train her. I know she is ready because she hates wearing her diaper and screams when it's on. So I switched her to wearing panties and she's fine with that. She can even say pee-pee now and if she has to go she tells me. Even when I ask her if she has to pee-pee or poo-poo she nods her head yes and no. She's able to communicate, however when I sit her on the toilet for two minutes she doesn't go. But as soon as I remove her from the toilet she squats and pees or poops.

I don't know what to do to make her do it in the toilet. I've tried giving her stickers and she loves that but how to get her to pee in the toilet is stumping me. I've even tried putting water on her or blowing on her or making water sounds to help her pee but it doesn't work. 😅
