In March, I had an Ultrasound on my ovaries and the doctor said there was cysts, and because I have irregular periods, said I have PCOS.

But then in April, I conceived (and then miscarried), and when I went for an ultrasound to confirm total loss, the report said, “both ovaries were identified and have an unremarkable appearance (which Google said means normal/nothing to report)!

So, if I had PCOS, wouldn’t cysts still be there? I don’t get it!
