I would not be worried about any of this at a year. Especially the walking and not sitting still when eating. Normal range for walking is 12-15 months.

Not walking- normal
Not being able to seat at the dinner- normal
Not reacting on the name- I would be concern if
- it's happening all the time (like he basically doesn't react on his name)
- and he doesn't keep/seek the eye contact
- and he doesn't like to be touched
- and he doesn't come to you when he's crying 
However- it has to be all of it on daily basis... if your child has some phase for 2 weeks- it's still a phase
You can look on the youtube- there are a lot of parents sharing their stories on early symptoms on autism... 
It is still somwhow new to many doctors and they don't take parents seriously (also because the parents name just one or two symptoms) and I find it important to know soon and to start working with it as soon as possible (see videos- doctors want to diagnose when the child is 2 or 3- and the parents see it before and start their own "therapy" at once)

Don’t compare him to other kids. He’ll do thing when he’s ready. He’s too young for a ADHD eval.

He's not even a year old. Its a bit early to he worried about ADHD. My 2.5 year olds are the same way and they aren't concerned about ADHD. My 6m old is very very active too.

If my daughter is distracted by something, she won’t acknowledge when we call her name, and she’s 21 months right now. Also, she didn’t start really walking till about 14 months.
