Pregnancy incontinence??

I have never had any issues with incontinence. Not even right after my first birth. But within the past few days there have been 2 times where I coughed or sneezed and a little pee came out. Wtf?! Is this normal sooooo early in pregnancy? I’m only 14 weeks!

Definitely ask your doctor for a referral for pelvic floor therapy.  If they don’t think it’s necessary (it is!) then at least start prenatal yoga and stretches.  I’m on baby 4 and I swear prenatal yoga is why my pelvic floor has stayed strong and healthy with all my kiddos

I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and this started for me around 14 weeks. Doesn’t always happen, but does on occasion. I’ve just decided to use panty liners, and try to do kegel exercises daily.

I know what you mean. I’ve had the same issue (unfortunately much more frequently) and my doctor diagnosed me with a prolapsed bladder, most likely from my past delivery. I could do kegels all day and nothing would help🥴

Do your kegals! Keep your pelvic floor strong and it’ll prevent issues like this. It’s also beneficial for when you’re giving birth.
I’ve been doing my kegals since before getting pregnant and haven’t had a single issue - currently 24 weeks.
