Pubic bone pain anyone else?

Please tell me im not the only one who suffering with what I'm guessing is pubic bone pain ive had this constant ache for nearly a week now im not bleeding and don't really have any other pain but due to it I have a private scan booked on Friday just to make sure baby is okay beacuse I'm a worry wart I'm 14+3  this is my third pregnancy and this is the first time I've ever suffered pubic bone pain

I’m not sure what my pain is. But it’s between my legs and makes it hard to get out of bed and out of the car. Otherwise, it doesn’t really bother me. Pubic bone pain sounds kind of right. Not sure. I’ll bring it up to my doctor at my next appointment but I’m sure she will just say it’s normal (as nearly everything is during pregnancy).

I’ve had pubic bone pain on my left side since week 19 ish and I am now 32+3 and it is still here. Worse when I’m laying down or sitting and need to change positions. Totally normal and my baby is doing just fine 😊 it’s just one of the luxuries of pregnancy 🤪 you can ask your OB or midwife about physical therapy.
